Can I change my pretzel box once I begin a subscription?

Yes, you can change the pretzel box you are receiving anytime.  When you order your first box, you will be prompted to create an account.  After that order, you can login anytime and change the box you are receiving.  You can also so things like update your billing information or change your address.

Can I add a message if I am sending a pretzel box as a gift?

Yes, when you are checking out, there is a checkbox next to the phrase "This is a gift".  Once you check that box, a text box will appear for you to type your message. Please try to keep the message brief, as we have limited space to add it.

Can I custom order a box of pretzels and/or mustard?

Yes, you can get a custom price quote by contacting us with the exact number and variety of pretzels or mustard you want to order. We'll get back to you promptly with a price and ordering information.

How long will it take to receive pretzels?

It should take 3-5 business days from your order date for you to receive your pretzels, but this varies by location. We ship from Pennsylvania, so the further you are, the longer it will take. We cannot guarantee a delivery date.

Do pretzels break in the mail?

Due to the nature of pretzels, they may experience some breakage in transit. We try to prevent this with our packaging, but we do not take returns due to broken pretzels.  We promise they taste just as good.

What postal service do you use?

We utilize FedEx and the USPS for our deliveries.

Can you do overnight deliveries?

Currently, we do not do overnight deliveries or express shipping options.

Do you deliver outside the United States?

We ship to all 50 states, but do not ship outside the United States.

Can I have my pretzels shipped to a P.O. Box?

No, you must use a valid street address as the delivery address.
